How to recite the Holy Rosary
What can we do about the problems in our Catholic Church?
We can pray for our Church leaders, read our filial correction, and then sign and send the correction to our local bishop
First, please pray for Pope Francis and the cardinals, bishops and priests so that they may remain faithful to the teachings of our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ and the infallible teachings and doctrines of the Catholic Church, which He founded. We can pray the Rosary, the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel daily, alone or with others including our families. For information about how to pray each of these prayers, click the following links.
Second, please read the filial correction document addressed to San Diego Bishop Robert McElroy. This document contains a brief explanation of Catholic Church doctrine, canon law, sacred scripture, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church concerning marriage, adultery, Holy Communion and homosexuality, accompanied by a summary of problems within the diocese and Bishop McElroy’s responsibilities.
SIGN AND SEND:
Third, after you have read the filial correction document and have prayerfully discerned that you agree with its contents, you can sign and send it to Bishop McElroy. By sending this letter, you help let our Bishop know where the laity stands on these important issues in the Church and lovingly correct him in order that he may attain the our greatest gift the Father can give us: everlasting life with Him in Heaven.
